D B Sparking Zero Is…

Dragon ball Sparking Zero is an incredibly visual looking game but it has a few flaws. For starters, it lacks mandatory content such as more maps, a lot more custom clothing options for the characters and honestly a few more important things. For a game that took five years in development and for the title that it is, the game is slightly disappointing. At launch there were so many issues from the game play not feeling completely smooth, input lag, poor online connection and to save the best for last, the infamous rage quitters where the other player did not receive the “W”.

Don’t get me wrong, Bandai has patched a lot of these issues and has made the game definitely a better experience but it still lacks. For some reason, it feels the company just didn’t really go hard at making this game truly the master piece we all thought for months and months it would be. Sparking Zero has received so much negativity that it’s really not necessary…I get it though, people are very disappointed, including myself. The tournaments have been full of “cheese” users and broken characters. The story mode is bare bones and thrown together without any flow.

One of the things that would truly help this game be what it’s supposed to be is characters having ki depletion. It’s a really big issue for players of the franchise. We also need more maps…why Bandai didn’t include some of the historical maps in this game is completely vexing; players are out right appauled by this. The DLC’s have been completely lack luster as if the company just doesn’t care at all about us Dragon Ball fans.

This game, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has become boring and mid in so many ways I can’t even believe it. I do hope Bandai can get it together and make this game better in the ways it’s supposed to be because it has created so much toxcity in the gaming anime community. Bandai, you need to take action and give all of us our hard earned monies worth, you guys can surely do better for your loyal fan base.
